The Warhawks are soaring to new heights this year at Nemo Vista School District! 🦅
Teachers and administrators teamed up with Systems Support Specialists Bethany Hill and Jacob Sisson to dive deep into ATLAS data—while keeping the young person behind every data point front and center.
Their mission? 🚀 Avoid the language of low expectations and ensure learning at high levels for ALL students. With principals Johnna Setzer and Chase Fresneda, and superintendent Logan Bailey leading this amazing crew, the Warhawks are ready to launch into a year of growth, connection, and achievement!

On Saturday, our Local Lead, Kristen Weatherall, had the honor of partnering with River Valley United Way, the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, the River Valley Adult Learning Alliance, and the Arkansas River Valley Regional Library System for a special Family Storytime at the Dardanelle Library. She read Look Out Kindergarten, Here I Come! by Nancy Carlson to a wonderful group of young learners, sparking curiosity, imagination, and a love for reading. We are grateful for community partners who share our commitment to early literacy and lifelong learning!

Early childhood educators had an incredible time at Tiny Toy Tales with Kassie Misiewicz from Focus 5. This hands-on training brought storytelling to life through drama, movement, and play, offering a powerful multimodal approach to learning that is both engaging and developmentally appropriate.
Educators explored strategies that directly support CLASS dimensions like Language Modeling, Concept Development, and Teacher Sensitivity, all while learning how to spark creativity and connection in their classrooms using the tiniest of props.
Thanks to Kassie for showing us that big learning really can come in small packages.





It has been an exciting week for first year Arch Ford Superintendents at the DESE Summit in Hot Springs learning from current and former Superintendents and networking with leaders from around the state.





Danville 3–12 Math educators are stepping up as a united force—teaming up to vertically align instruction and drive excellence across every grade level! 💪📊 With support from Jacob Sisson, Arch Forward Learning Partner, this powerhouse team is aligning critical skills, turning up the rigor, making every minute count with bell-to-bell learning, and using learning targets to respond with purpose. Math systems in motion at Danville! 🚀🧮











Morrilton Intermediate spent two full days with Systems Support Specialist Bethany Hill working on common language for behavior expectations, and creating lesson plans for teaching the expectations. This work is part of a K-12 system of common language for staff and students in every building! MIS teachers also learned about basic neuroscience, executive function development, the role of the student success team, and focusing on self regulation during challenging moments.
They are gearing up for a great school year and are preparing to create a culture of safety and belonging for all students!
