Mentoring Specialists Bethany Hill and Jacob Sisson facilitated a session on tier one behavior systems recently. Participants and behavior teams worked on universal language for expectations, collective commitments for the way adults respond to students, the role of trauma investment as a baseline for the system, establishing essential behavior standards, and analyzing the use of rewards and incentives. Full behavior teams from the West Side and Atkins school districts were in attendance, as well as single participants representing their districts. It was a great day of collaboration and learning! #ArchFordServes #yourBESTsolution

River Valley ALE in Morrilton partnered with local community members including Morrilton Fire Department, Morrilton School Resource Officers, Century League, and Arisa Health to provide students with a positive and fun experience for a Halloween Trick or Treat event. Even though it rained they were able to bring the fun indoors and the kids and staff dressed up, played games, and collected candy! They were able to use this opportunity to encourage students to network in order to get mental health information, learn about the fire trucks, and positively engage with law enforcement. #yourBESTsolution #ArchFordServes

CyberPatriot Contest Winner: Mena High School Arkansas teachers have once again brought unprecedented enthusiasm to CyberPatriot! Within 24 hours, the quiz system reached its capacity and temporarily stopped accepting responses. While this is a wonderful challenge to face, we're actively working with CyberPatriot to find a solution. We’re thrilled to announce that the winner of this contest is Mena High School! Due to the technical issue, we have decided to conclude the current contest. Rest assured, we will hold another contest once we've resolved these challenges to ensure everyone can participate seamlessly. Students may still pursue CyberPatriot certification, and the quiz will reopen on December 1st. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we have a solution in place. Thank you for your incredible enthusiasm and patience!
